  21. Dealing with Impact and it's level of accuracy, I have to be honest.  I only
  22. got the chance to review a pre-release and at that level, I had some real
  23. trouble getting things to work properly.  For example, that version did not
  24. have the arbitrary collision routines in place, which meant that unless my
  25. object would fit neatly into a sphere or a bounding box, I was out of luck.
  26. And... some of the tolerances were very exacting and hard to set for
  27. realistic detection.  I would have to say however, that what it DID, it did
  28. rather well and that if the 1.0 release addresses these issues, it will be
  29. one hell of a great addition to any LW application, including accident
  30. reconstruction.  Since I have yet to get the upgrade for review, I cannot
  31. comment any further ;(
